Return Policy Instructions
The consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his commercial or self-employed profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third person designated by you (other than the carrier) purchased the goods. Consequences of the return shipment
If you withdraw from the contract, we are obliged to pay you all payments we have received from you, including the shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred because you have chosen a different shipping method than the standard shipping method proposed by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days after we have received your information about the withdrawal from the contract. For the reimbursement we use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. No costs are charged for the reimbursement. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or evidence that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever comes first. You must send or deliver the goods to us immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us that you have decided to withdraw from the contract. The deadline has been met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to us.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods as a result of mishandling of the goods.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that must be produced individually on the basis of the choice and needs of the consumer or that are exclusively adapted to the personal needs of the consumer.
For contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if their seal is removed after delivery, and for contracts for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods under their characteristics, a premature expiry of the right of withdrawal applies.
Warranty on defects and warranty
The warranty is governed by legal regulations.
The warranty is valid for 24 months and starts after the delivery of the goods to the customer, if not otherwise defined for specific cases. The customer is obliged to read the warranty conditions before starting the ordering process.
The invoice also serves as proof of warranty.
Buyer can only claim warranty for products purchased from Seller. In order to make a claim under the warranty, the buyer is obliged to submit a complaint to the seller together with the goods, describing the details of the product defect. In order to handle the complaint, it is also necessary to enclose a copy of the invoice for the product. The returned product must be complete, including accessories and manual, if possible in the original packaging. The processing of the complaint within the warranty period (24 months) is free of charge. The complaint will be processed within 30 days at the latest. The guarantee period expires if the defect is caused by incorrect treatment and use of the product, for example by not following the instructions for use, by mechanical damage, by use under unsuitable conditions. The warranty also excludes product defects caused by a natural disaster. The customer is obliged to deliver the goods to the agreed address and to inform the seller in advance by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at +32 471646405 – in this way we can ensure the timely receipt and processing of the Guarantee complaint.
